  • sale items, jewelry, swimwear and intimates (which include bras and socks, but not slips) are final sale. no exceptions. *also - just in for the holiday season - talini cashmere throws are final sale
  • for all other items, we accept return requests for up to 7 days after your package has been delivered 
  • please contact audrey@shopeloise.com for a return authorization code, write the code on the box and ship to: eloise, att: returns, 505 west main st, charlottesville, va 22903 (returns must be post-marked within 7 days following delivery)
  • returned items must be in new/unworn/pristine condition with all original tags attached. shoes must be in original/undamaged box
  • once return item(s) have been received and approved by eloise.com, your refund will be processed in the original form of payment
  • eloise reserves the right to deny credit at it's sole discretion if any item returned does not meet its return criteria
  • we recommend using ups or fedex for returns. if using usps, please request a tracking number


  • eloise.com offers flat-rate standard/ground shipping of $12. at this time, we only ship domestically to the 48 contiguous states. if you are interested in expedited shipping, please call the store: 434-295-3905
  • shipping charges are non-refundable. if the package is refused or returned as undeliverable, all round-trip shipping costs will be deducted from the refund.
