- for all other items, we accept return requests for up to 7 days after your package has been delivered.
- returned items must be in new/unworn/pristine condition with all original tags attached. shoes must be in original/undamaged box
- once return item(s) have been received and approved by eloise.com, your refund will be processed in the original form of payment
- eloise reserves the right to deny credit at it's sole discretion if any item returned does not meet its return criteria
- we recommend using ups or fedex for returns. if using usps, we recommend requesting a tracking number

- shipping charges are non-refundable. if the package is refused or returned as undeliverable, all round-trip shipping costs will be deducted from the refund.
